Spicy and Sour Garlic Corn Recipe

Corn recipe – Spicy and sour garlic corn is one of my favorite snacks. It is sugar-free. So you can add this recipe to your daily diet menu. You can prepare it in a few minutes and with the available ingredients of your kitchen.


  • 1 can corn
  • 2 big finely chopped garlic
  • Finely crushed black pepper (as taste bud)
  • Chili powder
  • Oil ( soybean/olive/sesame)
  • salt
  • lemon juice

  • Hit oil then add chopped garlic and crushed black pepper. After few minutes you will get a nice aroma of garlic and black pepper.
  • Now add corn, chili powder, and salt.
  • Stir about 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Now it’s ready to serve.
  • Now mix the chopped coriander leaves. I like to add lemon juice. it’s your choice. It’s an addictive snack. Hope you will love it.
